This shift is bringing a new perspective on how to generate value from IT investments. IT Procurement is a key stakeholder in this process and should aim to play a leading role in driving alignment and collaboration across the stakeholder landscape. In this session we will explore practical approaches to enhance collaboration across departments, identify weak links in the procurement process, and implement strategies that drive efficiency and value.
